What do I need to apply?
We will need receipts, permits, drawings and some other information
What are the time frames for eligibility?
If the project is completed, you have up to 2 years to apply for rebates. The CRA is very strict on time frames, application after 2 years will not be considered.
How much of a rebate can I get?
For Owner built homes the maximum rebate in Ontario is up to $24,000 if it meets all the criteria. For substantial renovation the maximum rebate amount is $16,080 if it meets all criteria.
How much does RebateMax Charge?
No upfront fees! If we do not secure a rebate, there is no fee. Upon a successful claim, RebateMax fee will be 15% of the rebate + H.S.T. You pay us when you receive your rebate.
Will I have to deal with the government?
We will be with you through out the entire process. We will be on calls to ensure you receive your rebate.
Will this affect my personal taxes?
No, these rebates have absolutely nothing to do with your personal taxes.
